Sausages in Budgeford

So young Milo once felt hungry fer a hearty hobbit meal
And out there in the yard he heard his piglets play and squeal
He put on his leather breeches, singing to the Farmer’s Reel
All prepared ter make both sausages and bacon

On the Bolger farm in Budgeford them have the finest sows
Them roam the muddy patch of land and every hobbit knows
That their meat is sweet and tender, there’s no better in the Shire
Them got plump and lovely sausages in Budgeford

When he went into the yard he brought a bucket for the blood
Them piglets ran away as Milo slipped upon the mud
He did cartwheels with a scream before he landed with a thud
Tasting slop instead of sausages and bacon

On the Bolger farm in Budgeford them have the finest sows
Them roam the muddy patch of land and every hobbit knows
That their meat is sweet and tender, there’s no better in the Shire
Them got plump and lovely sausages in Budgeford

The smelly icky sticky mud made Milo ill at ease
His eyes was full of slop, he didn’t see the hive of bees
Their a’buzzing and a’stinging didn’t heed his painful pleas
Even breeches couldn’t help him save his bacon

On the Bolger farm in Budgeford them have the finest sows
Them roam the muddy patch of land and every hobbit knows
That their owner hates both mud and bees, he likes ter stay indoors
Eating plump and lovely sausages in Budgeford
