I cannot help but to feel I'm going to have my first actual job soon for my business. Though all in all, this was an interesting day.
I happened to join the others again for some talk. However, before that, I had gone to get my wine to where Barliman had given me a note. I read it though was worried on how quickly it had been written. I hid this fact and joined the others. Aallan had asked of me if I had a job yet since I told them a bit about it, me answering to him as perhaps. I told of them about the "secret admirer" ordeal. Though I think I have figured out with them on who it was. Bryn was wary though of the result that I had come up with, that Velvette could be the one that had a crush on me. I do have to say that Velvette was...quite an interesting person. Though another word had come to mind that what that jerk Raven and Gold called me. Baldmar and Bryn went somewhere to talk Though speaking of the devil, Velvette had joined us.
Wanting some fresh air, I moved to step outside of the Pony, meeting with Gwaed. She told me that she had lost someone dear to her. The only thing that I could have done at the moment was to give my condolences. She left me soon after and I had gone to my favorite spot at the hill that overlooks Bree. I stayed there for quite some time before heading back down, only to see, of course, that Raven and that Ithelion person that I have met again a while back. Unfortunately, I caught Bryn and Conrob leaving, telling me that they were going to go packing for a trip that would last for a few days. Though I nearly laughed when they called Raven "good doctor." He still was a jerk to me. Why not say that he was nothing but good? That all he was was a heartless and rude man, basically the truth. If it wasn't for him, Agreis would be alive. He's the reason why I dislike some nobles. Perhaps not Gwaed though since she's been sort of nice and helpful. It's hard to find decent-acting nobles these days.
Anyways, I had left after giving Barliman a note to give to someone. To which I hope that he would actually give it to her when she goes by the Pony. To my surprise, I had met up with Rick and Nessya of all people! No words could describe how happy I was to see them. I told of them of what happened to me, from my reason of being away, to being disowned, to having my own business. Being great people as they are, they reminded me that they would be there as well as Gyth as a means of family-figure. I had told of them that we should have a small get-together party when they come back as they were on their way to Celondim for a business trip. Not wanting to hold them up, I let them go after saying farewell. It brings me great joy to know that there are still good people in this world despite of rude or evil or corrupt people. It brings me greater joy to know that I have people like them and others like Bryn and Conrob and Aallan to be there for me.
Now I am home. As much as I am feeling at peace, my mind could not help but to go back to the note that I was given from my friend. It was written in such a hurry. I hope that she's fine and that I'll meet up with her to discuss of what she had meant by the note.
