Seronaer is the Sindarin version of the name her mother gave to her as a child in Valinor, after having a glimpse of her future. Lamenting Lover is the translation to the common tongue, and her mother saw true. Anyone who she let's close however, would know her as Allabeth, her chosen, private name. The elves of Rivendell would know of Seronaer, who would be known through Imladris as a recluse. She barely talks to others, maybe the occasional greeting, and spends her time wandering, contemplating, and occasionally writing. Rarely, she would stand in the hall of fire, and recite a mournful song of lost love for others to listen, and would leave before anyone might comment. Yet she does not spend all her time in Imladris. Every so often, she might leave for a while, whether that's a year or ten, she would be gone. Away who knows where but her. During these times, Allabeth would roam the wilds, hunting down servants of Sauron where she can find them, and removing their stain from Middle Earth. She does this to avenge her husband and children, both of whom now reside in the undying lands, having died in the Battle of the Last Alliance on the steps of Mount Doom. Seronaer was born in Tirion, to a lesser noble family of the Noldor. When exiled, her parents followed Fingolfin across the Helcaraxe. Seronaer vividly remembers the frozen wastes, the struggle it was to carry on, watching her father slowly die and not having the ability to properly bury him. From there, Allabeth fought in the wars of Beleriand, using her spear and shield to fight the forces of Melkor. She was among the few Noldor to escape Beleriand after the War of Wrath, residing in Lindon with the last few of her people. There she lived quite happy with her husband and children, content with where she was. Yet Sauron rose, and so came the war of the Last Alliance, and on the steps of Mount Doom she watched as a troll crushed her husband with a war hammer. She let out a scream, and began fighting her way through the masses of orcs and goblins in her way, leaving a trail of corpses in her wake. Even as she fought she saw her children confront the troll, wounding it heavily before they to were killed. And finally, she reached the towering beast, launching herself at it with little regard for her own saftey. Yet the wounded beast fell to the ground, and she pulls her spear from it's eye socket, finally knowing what her mother must have seen, so many centuries ago.
