The Barrow Downs Expedition, Day III
Since the run in with brigands, the journey has been mostly uneventful. We have seen a few suspicious men following us, but they have not tried anything. They seemed to reluctantly stop following us once we reached the Northern-Barrows Pass...maybe they believe the tales?
I can see the downs from here, there are strange rocks protruding from the ground, and a thick, eerie mist seems to encompass the area.
The air is different here, and we aren't even in the Barrow Downs yet. Something smells...off. I have an uneasy feeling of dread, though I am unsure why. Kirseth reports feeling the same way. It's her turn to stand watch tonight, but I have offered to keep her company anyway.
