Chronicle Summary
This is a collection of IC papers which are, in one way or another, linked to Skelcar Gwiberskarn. These texts could have been read by anybody in-game who has visited the particular described location of each piece. Assuming that character can read whatever language it's written in- if not stated otherwise, the texts are in Westron.
Chronicle Content
A great number of letters, often with seemingly no relation to the Spymaster, land on his trail. Few of the papers even have Skelcar's name written upon them. However, some of them do follow a pattern.
