These are troubled times indeed. As second watcher my duties are fairly simple. After the days of The Ripper I had thought that all these anonymous killings were to be over and done with. All that's happened is they have multiplied. The Ripper's incarceration has made new killers spring forth from the shadows! The first to appear was The Gentleman. Rhyva and a select few others have met him. He has already killed Rhyva's cousin, a family and two of my best men. As if that wasn't bad enough, another killing has occurred. I happened upon a man's body while on patrol. The body had a note. First this new killer introduced herself, The Vixen, she refers to herself as. The note demanded a meeting with The Gentleman. As if I can arrange a meeting between two serial killers. However... perhaps I can gain some intelligence from organizing such a meeting. It'll have to wait for tomorrow.
