Brother And Sister

And so me and my brother Tahitoa did travel to Bywater yesterday afternoon  where the Summer Poetry Competition was to be held. We did arrive early , it was just us , so we spent an hour or so just enjoying the warm sunshine among the flowers on a late afternoon. Tall green grass blowing gently in the summer breeze.  A pony grazing in the field , the sound of water from a nearby creek. Children laughing and playing down the village . Gentle breezes blowing thru my hair as we sat under a shade tree. A bumble bee busy searching for the best flower, and  squirrels chasing each other up and down trees.
