Hector Worthenine

A Desperate Hope.

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

This war costs more than lives.

Dieudonnae's actions are far more painful than any wound, and it scares me.  I once thought of her as a friend, and killing a friend is something I will never be able to do.

So, to soar away from the horns of this dilemma I found myself perched on, I decided I needed to speak to her, to see whether any remnant (excuse the pun) of my old friend remained, and to do this, I would have to be arrested.

Leaving a mark.

Story

I was not content to leave Bree-land without giving Hughes a proper goodbye, so I returned, with a supply of flammable liquid, and went to her estate.

Fall of the Order of the Elanor.

Story

It seems as though I was wrong to not blame Lady Hughes for the actions of Osdegul, the Lieutenant of her Mercenaries, and now 'tis too late for me to save those she has murdered.  If only I had acted sooner, If I had arrested her, then Kerl might still be alive.

But I didn't

I was a fool.

trusted her.

And when Hector Worthenine, leader of her band of mercenaries, attacked Sir Kerl and Milada outside the Prancing Pony, the doubts began to creep back in.

A traitor in the Ranks.

I fear for my niece.

We cannot take two steps without her witnessing or being part of something potentially life-threatening.

We recieved an anonymous tip-off regarding the location of a new bandit hideout, recommending the most experienced of our order

With Kerl in Jail, it was up to me to locate the new Bandit headquarters, and I grabbed the closest comrade I could find.

In Hindsight, I should have grabbed the Second closest.  Robynwen wasn't ready.

Journal Entry: Dire Matters

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

It is a strange thing, to write my thoughts here, in this journal. More so for the fact that all the pages before this detail cooking techniques written in Gamlan's hand, and I am sad to say that I did indeed swipe it from him. Yet, the events of the last few days have been far from ordinary, so I should think that pardons this theft and its oddity.
