The Trollshaws

Out of the Frying Pan

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

To Rûndis, my Moonlight,

We have had some interesting last few days. As you know, a short while ago we arrived in Rivendell, our last stop before leaving the Caravan towards Eregion. We were all very excited to set off on this last leg of our journey, especially young Kharsi. That boy’s enthusiasm is almost overwhelming!

Chapter X: Gûlbujar

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

Here, our tale turns once more to Bregur. After the enemy took control of Fornost Erain, what remained of the Betrayer was brought to the fortress city. His serpent helm, breastplate and greaves were returned to him, and over them were draped the red robes of the Cargûl. His pauldrons and gauntlets were then placed atop the robes, securing them in place. When he re-emerged, the soldiers of the enemy knew not who he was, only that he was once a knight of Arthedain from his helm.

XIV - Alone in the path, fleeing from the dark

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Story

To leave the valley of Rivendell was to leave the warmth and safety of the elven enclave in one fell swoop. Autumn rain greeted Kennet on the High Moor, wetting the damp ground and making passage through the wilderness difficult.

Glimar fishing in the rain for a change. The river Bruinen flows rather fast, making it ideal for catching trout. A rare treat for a hungry dwarf...
