Journal entry 2

What kind of Adventure is this?:
Diary

It has been two days since we've left Bree, we still are held up at our first camp, awaiting Dyre. Not long after we arrived at this place along Chetwood, we had a run in with a pack of wolves, damn beast must have seen the fire and decided to snoop around, I made sure Feor and Ynna were safe with the cost of adding more scars on my face, hell...

The sun lowered once more after a lengthy day aiding Nogland with provisions. The beauty of the valley seems incomparable at a time such as this. This night we stayed with the Dwarves there, sharing an ale and food under the night sky.

After departing from the halls, and speaking to a well spoken girl, clearly intruiged by our journeys and companionship, we travelled beyond the gate. Looking down upon the vale of snow and pine, the mountains softened by the setting sun.

After a lengthy period of waiting, father finally came to the inn in the lower depths of Thorin's Hall. I had sat and observed the growing numbers of Dwarves coming and going, unable to keep a suspicious eye from me. The ale was good...I have to say, and it seemed some dance and revelry was in progress for the summer months.
