Safegard the North

Ruadan opened the message and read the words contained therein. Those of the safeguard the north did not use names only alias to protect their identity should one of them be captured. Ruadan did not even know the exact numbers of the rangers associated with the Safeguard of the North movement.

It was all a mystery and now it seems he had been called to a meeting of the northmen.

At the base of the message was the location and the date. Time was short........

Never did I believe that I would find myself comforted among the devices of the Enemy. But here we are, licking our wounds around a campfire among the Enemy's perch, and yet we quietly restrain our sense of triumph with grim thoughts of the coming trials. It's a sobering exercise. I sit here and write all that I can recall before my own unease and fatigue will lose them to sluggishness.
