The small Hamlet of Over Hill sits on the edge of the Bindbole Woods. This tiny community of Hobbit foresters and hunters provides the Shire with much needed timber and leather.

What started as a small spring, high up in the Northfarthing Hills, quickly becomes a fast flowing river that winds its way between the village of Brockenborings and the hamlet of Over Hill.

The Greenfields

 A view across the Greenfields of The Shire. Although once the site of the Shires only major battle the Greenfields are now used for grazing for The Shires many Sheep farmers. It is their sheep that provide The Shire with all of its wool and Lamb.
