Though it has been some time, the celebration of Vinya Loa is still fresh in Aearlinn's thoughts as she departs Thamas Lorn with the rest of the Mithdirith. The evening of the New Year had been spent with those friends who were not on duty at the time, and with two special friends, encountered in Duilond. Such memories are sustainance for the road ahead - and until all may meet again in times of peace.

Members of the Mithdirith gather on the sward of Thamas Lorn, in preparation for their short journey to celebrate Vinya Loa. Durthand sets the mood for the evening with her wonderful harp playing, while the others listen appreciatively.

On Yestare, Curugirion, Aearandir and Aearlinn stand upon the heights in Duillond and gaze across the Vale of Lhun. Though rumours persist of great troubles in the East and their own patrols are incressed in Ered Luin, there is ever hope and joy to be had in the beauty of the land, in wine and song and dance - and in good company.
