Dear Journal, 

Such a fair land Imladris is, fairer than I expected. From the hasty waterfalls that crash below to the silent trees that rustle in the wind. Surely such a land has been blessed by the Valar themselves.  It is no wonder as to why people seek refuge in such a place, for it brings peace to one's heart. 

Though my reason for traveling here is not for peace. I am here to meet my sister-in-law and friend,Tinurendis. Yet worry clouds my heart, for it seems that she has not come yet.

Dear Journal, 

I never would have thought that I would have the feeling of regret cloud my heart. I cannot bear to write such a thing but... I regret leaving Mirkwood. 

I cannot help it, I miss the trees and the creature who linger within them. I miss Pelilas' laughter, Rhovanwen's witty pranks and Bellethiel's sweetness.I also miss my beloved Himalagos. Though what I yearn for most.. is Nana and my brothers. 

Dear Journal,

It is odd to be out, to see others that not of my kind. Yet I feel a certain joy clouding my heart, for never in my life ha been traveling under such a  bright cerulean sky. Though what brings me much joy is visiting the town of Men. Long have I yearned to see such a sight.
