Deinneth is a joyful young artist who takes music and poetry very seriously. She is always willing to meet new people though sometimes she can be extremely shy. In converse Deinneth prefers listening to others instead of speaking about herself. She is more willing to share her own thoughts and experiences through her art.

All of Deinneth's relatives, that are known to the other Elves in Rivendell, have sailed to Valinor. Her mother, Duiniel, who no-one knew very well, was the last one to leave. After her departure, Deinneth was extremely sad and weary. Many feared she might face an early death and pled her to join her family. She refused and traveled to Ered Luin instead.

She was gone for many years but when she came back to Rivendell, everyone could see she had found a new light in her life. She never told anyone what happened during her travels but whatever it was, it must have helped, because ever since her return, she has been her joyful and vivid self again. At times, however, one can see her falling into deep and secrets thoughts that make her somewhat distant to this world.
