Marnir is unusually tall at 6 feet 4 inches. He has dark brown hair and green eyes. A magnificent handlebar mustache crosses his face. Two large scars cross the right side of his face and his now sightless right eye is covered by a small black eyepatch. Marnir usually wears chainmail armour and carries a short sword and dagger, wearing a cloak which shows the white tree of Gondor. For more social occasions he abandons his armour and weapons. Despite his otherwise intimidating appearance Marnir smiles warmly and avoids conflict as much as possible.
