Born in Nargothrond, an Elven underground fortress and city built by Finrod Felagund, that delved into the banks of the river Narog in Beleriand during the First Age, Niradan grew to be a rather renowned drake hunter.

He is a hunter and the older sibling of Andruille. Those close to him describe him as both a man of passion and of faith, overprotective and quick tempered at times. Nevertheless, his council was often sought when dealing with nests of drakes or even the threat of dragons.

Niradan was acclaimed as a powerful combatant, regardless of his opponent, despite being taught the way of the bow and arrow, and not that of the sword and shield. He has little to no friends, yet those who are his friends are being considered family and treated as such.
