Background
Vifi, son of Bifi, is a younger lad, about eighty. His parents died when he was young and he was given to the care of his aunt Líf, a very wealthy Longbeard living at Thorin's Hall. A dwarf of those mountains would know that he:
- has trained as a soldier, but hasn't yet earned much honor for himself,
- is a metalsmith, but not a very good one,
- is rather spoiled, but not unkind,
- will not stop talking once he starts, and
- is dumb as a stack of rocks.
