Background
Rashul Muhedri was born on April 4th, 2959 T.A. in the lands of Rhûn, in the southern regions of the Orocarni Mountains to the east of Khand. He was born to a family that swore loyalty to the Blue Wizards, Morinehtar and Rómestámo, who had come out of the western lands thousands of years before. The hidden refuge where Rashul was raised stood all too near to the furthest influences of the House of the Lord, an ancient cult who had pledged their loyalty to Morgoth in the earliest days of the history of Men. While their ancient master was locked away in the Void, they still served his successor in Mordor with relentless zeal. Rashul's home was a part of the Easterlings who had rejected the Enemy in secret until the Blue Wizards rallied them, giving them the strength to stand against those loyal to the Enemy.
From the days of his youth to the waning of his years, Rashul was instructed in the ways of the magic arts by the wizard Rómestámo as part of the Blue Caste that had not turned away from the Wizards and joined forces with the Enemy. His great skill with spell and staff did not go unnoticed, and late into his life he was chosen by Morinehtar and Rómestámo to lead a small company within the Blue Caste into the western lands. In the days of the War of the Ring, Rashul leads the Company of the Blue Dawn carrying out the will of Rómestámo in the northwest of Middle-earth.
Rashul is a man who does not waste words, and does not believe that any voice should be silenced in conversation. He admits that while his power has indeed grown great throughout his many years of study, he is by no means an equal to the Istari. As an ambassador of the Wizards, he is willing to aid all folk that come to him. In this regard, he is on occasion open to a fault, unknowingly allowing those who would bring harm to his people into their midst.
