Birthplace: Greenwood, now known as Mirkwood

Apperance: He has long blonde hair, reaching to the middle of his back, this he keeps mostly free but some briads can be seen in his hair as well. Not too pale due to his nature of being outdoors, yet not to tan either. He is rather well toned for an elf, yet gracious as other elfs. Ever watchful sapphire blue eyes scanning his surroundings. Standing at the 7" mark, Thalanil can seem to be intimidatig at first but his herat and mind are kind as the rest of the elven kind is, only intimidaitng when he has to be, using his bow with skill along with his trusty daggers.

Speaks: Sindarin, Quenya with ease as well as good Westron, his writing skills are good in all three languages, he learned Quenya from his sister while he still were an elfing, as his birht tounge is Sindarin, he picked up Westorn during years he wandering around in Middle Earth, lost to his sister.

Education: Joined the army of king Thranduil at the age of 100 yers as an archer, before he had all the education a noble elf would have been given. After joining the army he quickly became a good archer, beating his sister as marksman but where he lacks skills with daggers she is the better of them two.
