Son of Ser Alfridic Siward, Noble of Forlaw.

His grandfather Wulfridic Siward earned the noble position through various good deeds as well always answering the call to Wildermore's needs.

Alwig came to Bree through chance, having followed one lead after another of bandits that had raided the near by town, his search for them lead him to Bree, where apon the trail went dead, He remains in Bree, helping any and all in need, never afraid to take a blow or two for those he protects.

While in Bree a chance encounter with a foul mouthed dwarf and some strange men from a distant land, lead him to encounter Lord Gerwolf of House Thalanduin. Gerwolf seeing Alwig's helpful nature offered him a place among his household. Alwig took the generous offer, working hard to become a respected member. If one thing is to be said he takes his job seriously, eyeing everyone unknown to him as a threat to the house. 

Recently he has partaken in House Thalanduin's tournament in the close quarters combat, having felled his two opponents he  successfully made his way into a three way final, pitting everything he had learned to try win. Not only was it tough but Alwig had the honour of knocking both men out of it, one his fellow kinsman, Levarris. He won personally glory that day, but that paled in comparison to the glory he had won for House Thalanduin.
