Father: Leofwine, son of Elfwine, a former soldier who thrashed his knee when his horse was killed under him by a dunlending arrow. Retired and bitter he used his cane to take out his frustration on his family.
Mother: Annis, a quiet woman who endured her husbands treatment for the sake of  her family. Bearing 3 sons and 2 daughter it came as a shock when she suddenly died in childbed. The child could not be saved despite the effort of her youngest daughter Estymwe.

Leofmund is the oldest son to Leofwine and Annis. He was born in Thornhope, a place he left at the age of 18 after a blowout with his father. He simply couldn’t take his fathers abusive treatment no longer and snapped. After knocking his father unconscious, he took his bow and sword, along with one of the families horses, and rode away to join the kings eoreds.
When news reached him that his birth home had been sacked and burned to the ground by Uruk's, he swiftly rode home and found his family dead. Or so he thought. Through the account of the town farrier, who miraculously survived, he learned that his youngest sister Estymwe (or Stymie for short) had left home 3 years ago. With leave from his eored, he pursued to track her down, and found her in Bree after an arduous ride. Reunited with his sister, another question have arisen – When will he have to return to fight for the King, and Rohan?
