| Outward Appearance | Advil Gwiberskarn shares roughly identical appearance to his deceased twin brother, Irad Gwiberskarn. Before you stands a short, grim-looking and wrinkled old man. He possesses the usual crooked face of the Gwiberskarn family, with oddly pale skin and wrinkles all around. A neat goatee sits on his chin, grey in colour, ever becoming whiter. However, unlike Irad, Advil features many less scars, still retains both of his eyes, and keeps a neat head of hair. Whenever he is seen, which is rare, he will be one of two outfits, each with a Mask of the Gwiberskarns. Outfit No. 1: These are the traditional robes of the Gwiberskarn patriarch, worn by his brother and his father before him. They are of clear rhunic design, grey in colour with an orange over-coat with various golden patterns. Many unknown runes can be spotted on the lower part of the robes, below the belt. The robe's age can easily be noticed, the fabric now being dulled in colour with several repaired tears and rips. Outfit No. 2: Traditional rhunic armour, clearly made to fit. The metal used is strong yet light, and brown in colour, with many decorative faces and scenes upon it. This armour sits upon a comfortable, padded cloth hauberk of similar design. It is black at most parts, with large white patches being split off from the rest with thick red lines. The Mask of the Gwiberskarns: Members of the Gwiberskarn family who are seen as worthy are granted a 'Mask of the Gwiberskarns'. The mask is, again, of rhunic design. It is made completely of gold, serving for no practical use besides concealment of one's face and decorative symbolism. Three long, golden supports sit upon the wearer's head, connected together with cloth of varying colours. Covering the top half of the wearer's face is an elaborate visor attached to the frame, depicting what is rumoured to be the face of Narvulcarb the Terrible, perhaps the most infamous Gwiberskarn there ever was. |
