Outward Appearance

A young hobbit lass in her late twenties. Freoda has brown shoulder length hair, mostly messed up by the wind, as she spends the most time outside. Even if she sometimes act with a serious expression in her face, her bright green eyes always laugh. Unlike other girls in her age, she has strong arms and a bit calloused hands, a proof of her hard work.

Background

Daughter of Filibert Hornwood, a woodworker in the town Bree and Camelia, né Brockhouse, an excellent cook and a loving wife and mother. As the Hornwood Family has lived in Bree for several generations, Freoda spent her childhood in Bree as well, with her older sister Donamira and younger brother Alaric. Skilled in the fine work with wood, she became woodworker, following the Hornwood's tradition.

She spent most of her time outside, looking personally for suitable wood and used this time also for a hobby of hers, drawing maps.  Being curious what is outside Bree, she finally left Bree-Land and settled down in Shire. She met some very nice hobbits from the Grand Order of the Lost Mathom and joined them.

Freoda found here many friends and had great time. She also regularly went out into nearby forests looking for wood and continued to draw maps. However slowly the hobby cartographer grew frustrated by not improving much. After she saw some maps by a new member this was the last straw. She sold or gave away her most possessions and left the Order and Shire to find a new meaning in her life… and disappeared without a trace for several months.

She was already believed to be dead when she suddenly returned with a bag full of books, artifacts and other strange stuff and with an ugly scar on her cheek.
