''Little Pea's'' Diary - She acts real silly!

Nobody could guess whom I met today! I was standing with Galogar, the friend of my father, in the Prancing Pony and was listening to these fine bards. Especially the woman could play wonderful. Sadly I forgot to ask her after her name... but if I meet her again, this will be the first thing I do.
However, we're standing there, listening to the musicians as I feel then a hand on the back of my pants! I was already to turn around and give the one who did it a real good whack with my own hand, but I was far too surprised to continue when I saw a girl infront of me, quickly retreating her hand. In this moment did I realize that the little pouch with my spare coins hangs exactly there where she touched me! A thief!
But I didn't call the guards. No way! Because I knew the girl who stood before me.

Sadly Ennie, my old childhood friend did not remember me. How could she not remember our first meeting? It was rather hilarious if I am honest. I was maybe six years old and walked the streets of Bree in search of something interesting as suddenly a really big dog came its way and started to chase me. It was really big! I mean, really! Well, but Ennie, not much older then me, came her way too and shoo'd the big dog away and rescued my life. Since then we were the best friends over so many years.

Until one day sadly, it was to her thirteenth birthday and I had made some nice cookies for her, I went to their farm, but no one was there. I didn't see her for almost six years and now she was here again!
So I didn't mention that stealing thing, since my head was anyway more focused on seeing Ennie again and after the bell rang as well by her, I borrowed a few coins from Galogar and bought us two a fine soup with extra much sausage.
The soup was really good and Ennie gulped it down as if she had not eaten since over a month! Whne I asked her how her parents are and where she'd live now I got some strange answers. Somehow that topic had made her uneasy.

At least she promised to meet me again and over another meal, she would tell me all her story! I am really excited... and happy too! She was and is my best friend! We even parted the evening like in the old times: With handshake and spit.... Ewwww Ennie!
