Loor Turindriel Elithen was no friend of the free peoples.
Infact, he was no such friend that he, the Elf, carried important news, diplomatic news, from Imladris to Angmar, exposing the Elven protection plans.
It has been reported that he also started up his own Legion, in Angmar's name, in an attempt to take more land, for himself and for Angmar.
A few years after the Legion's setup, a man (name has not been given) managed to follow Loor on one of his journies to Angmar, and slayed Loor. It is believed the man is a local of Bree-land.
Ten gold pieces will be given to the man that comes forth, to Bree City Hall, to collect his long-dued reward.
