A body was discovered, the Elfling goes by the name of Arwandir
As records declare; Arwandir was in service of Lothlórien as a member of The Galadhrim. Arwandirs' body was found within Eregion by Kelinor.
The reason for ths Elfs' death is still not yet determained, and his body has not yet been examined by a Physician, due to the recent Orc assasults upon this region. A physician will be dispatched from Imladris as soon as possible, so I am told.
We believe this to be a murder, from The Legion of Middle Earth. To support this claim, myself and the unit from my organisation attended the scene; we had discovered the Elithen family crest; this crest is known to be linked with Loor Turindriel Elithen, whom was murdered by Seraile Shadowstalker two years ago, the banner was found over Arwandir's body, soaked in blood.
Again, like in a previous case, we believe this to be known as a session named; The Sacraficial Hunt, in which The Legion of Middle Earth are attempting a sort of Angmarim sacrafice, in order to 'recindle' their Lords' spirit, which is Loor.
Scholars from Bree-Town, Esteldin and Celondim have been summoned to meet with myself, and my administration team, inculding the Investigation Unit, in an attempt to know more of this said Angmarim speculated event, if one does exsist, and what measures can be put in place to prevent it.
In cases like this, I as a Commander within The Protectors of The Free People will call upon other military groups to aid us in taking action about finding those responsibile for these deaths.
Arwandir will be sadly missed by friends and family. Those within The Galadhrim were informed, prior to this report.
