So we went in and ordered a couple of half pints. Though it was still light, it was getting a bit chilly. I was glad I had me cloak, but inside the Tavern Keep had the fires lit, so it was cosy there. We ordered mutton stews, with thick buttered bread fer supper. We talked about some of our other mutual friends, and about some of the latest news of Brightlea Brockdown's cushions.
