Born in the beautiful land of Eregion when it was at its fairest, Ingaras is now a mature elf, although still young to elven standards. Since his father died in defence of Eregion, Ingaras lives in Rivendell, in the service of Lord Elrond. With some distant relatives still living in the elven settlements in Ered Luin, he's always been a frequent traveller along the eastern road and being a skilled hunter he can manage on his own in the wilderness. Now times are growing darker he's one of Lord Elrond's scouts, travelling all across Eriador and even across the mountains to Lothlorien, assisting allies in the struggle against the forces of evil.
