An Orc on the Loose

At the Merchant's Guild Council Meeting, Frimsi informs the guild members that there are reports of a serial murderer on the loose known as "the Reaver". Recently two people were killed by this supposed murderer. Frimsi describes this killer as especially cruel and likens him to an orc on the loose. The merchants of the Merchant's Guild are distraught by this news and so eagerly propose ways their guild might help the Watch with the investigation.
