Chapter V: Like A Thief In The Night

Aranarion summoned three of his quietest kinsmen to him to provide them with a special task. In learning about the summation of Orc clans and Wargs from across the land, he grew worried. So he sent three out on a mission to an orc camp, where they were set to meet. Duilindil the One-handed, Laugon the Hawkeye, and Calemben the Wise were sent out to spy on this camp. On the way there, the carelessness of Laugon nearly revealed them to Orcs searching for the Dunedain in the hills above. They knew somehow that the Dunedain would come. They drew closer and began to spy, hearing of the 'Black Captains', 'Sharku', and curiously an informant from within the Dunedain. It was here that Duilindil accidentally revealed herself, and the trio made to flee. She had left behind her elven sword, which was promptly recovered by Calemben on the way out. They relayed the news to Aranarion, who gravely informed Calenglad. Something must be done about this 'informant'....
