Chapter III: Barad Uial

The Rangers move swiftly, in their countrylands. And swiftly did the company of Rangers make for the Tower of Twilight. In the late evening some two days later, they came to the lodge beneath the tower to rest. The old Ranger who dwelt there was off on an errand, and they made use of his absent hospitality. But before they arrived, came another. Duilindil, exiled Ranger. She rested upon the hearth of her kin which now sought her demise for treachery. But her mistaken lost loyalties were not her true heart's contents, and she still wished to aid her kin. The Rangers Aranarion, Cellinbor, Enniliel, and  Emlineth spoke to Duilindil about her exile, and their  quarry. Duilindil's time with the forces of darkness gave her immense knowledge of their languages, which allowed the Rangers to decipher the runes found on the Warg. They spoke of an Orc clan , the Tarkrip, that now assemble in groups with wargs. The shadow was returning. The room of the hunter's lodge grew very quiet and the feeling of shadow hung over them for the entire evening. But they knew, they would have to tell their kin around Nenuial of this, and that they would need to seek Celegon in Tinnudir to seek for Duilindil's pardon. So the next morning, they set out....
