Tyelepoma Glingalindo, a Noldo of olden days, has an incontestable authority to his figure.

He is seldom seen not wearing the white and golden colours of Laurelindórenan, a kingdom of which he is particularly fond.

The pride of his race is reflected upon the aristocratic facial features; however, they can appear gentle as well, when in the company of Noldo deserving – and when skilfully playing his famed tunes.

Silver-Voice

In the year 137 of the First Age, eleven years after the raising of Gondolin, Tyelepoma arrived upon Arda. His parents lived near the
North-gate of Gondolin, right across the Alley of Roses.
His name was given to him by his mother for when he came, his cries where clear and fine. Therefor she named him Silver-Voice in the old Quenya tongue. His father
was member of the city guard, and his mother took care of the plants
within the citywalls, for she was a Gardner. Tyelepoma grew up without
worries or troubles. As soon as he could walk he often did go along with his
mother.
One day, he came to the King’s Square and he beheld the most
magnificent trees of Gondolin; Glingal and Belthil. Turgon himself had made
these trees of gold and silver in memory of the Two Trees of Valinor. Both
beautiful yet Tyelepoma loved Glingal the most. All the time his
mother was tending the flora she sang. Her voice was soothing and
restful. Tyelepoma would then sit near her and listen with his eyes closed.
He learned the art of song soon and he reached soon the fine arts and skill of his mother. Every morning did he go to the King’s Square to see Glingal’s
splendour in the setting sun and sometimes he would sing his mother's songs and forget all what was about him.

Glingalindo

One morning, when he was at the King’s Square he did not notice an elf approaching him. When the elf was close enough he said:”I wondered for some time now, who wakes me every morning with his voice.
Upon this Tyelepoma snapped out of his concentration and was startled a
bit, for no elf was awake usually at this time. (Except for the city
guard which where never found on the King’s Square.) He turned around
and there he saw in front of him Lord Turgon, Tyelepoma bowed as deep as
he could and said:”
My apologies my Lord, I did not mean to disturb you.
He looked to the ground, a bit concerned about what would happen to him.
But instead of harsh words a laughter descended upon Tyelepoma. He
looked up and did saw Turgon laugh. “
Worry not, young bard of Glingal” Turgon said. “Everymorning when I wake up I go to the balcony to listen the the voice that fills the King’s Square. It’s a pleasure to listen to it and a shame when it stops.” Tyelepoma stood up and looked insecure at the King “I wish I could listen to it longer then the early mornings only, therefor I ask thee, to be a bard at my court ?” The face of the young elf was filled with excitement and he replied:”My Lord, I shall fulfill this role with all the pleasure in my heart!Turgon turned around and took some steps towards his palace and and he stopped. “I’m looking forward to your arrival tomorrow, Glingalindo” After that day he served Turgon as one of his bards.
