A tear stained page

(The pages in this entry, are stained with tears, but the Lady would trust that none would invade her privacy.) There are stories that we tell, in order to appease others. Then there the tales that we keep deeply hidden within our hearts. I won't begin to tell acquaintances and friends alike the details of my departure from Rohan. Or the troubling words of Raymond when we first parted. I did not love him then therefore I could not say he was my first. What was he to me then? Nothing of importance, a knight, a puppet of his Gondorian Lord. Sworn to his service and the family of. Just as I had my Father's, conditional love, in the end, he too became nothing to me. Lord Esnir Estellian of Dol Amroth. The city of the swan knights was but one place where he would shine his glory. He claimed Lamedon as his own and the town of Calembal. Father's side had long dwelled in Far Anorion, Lossnarch and Lamedon. However, Dol Amroth was where he seized his power. Ruling over those that would follow him, those that were inspired by his revered name. Faith, Love, Honor, were the values my Father once instilled in me. Until one man's word, was enough to send a girl of thirteen away from everything she ever knew.  Is he still alive I wonder? Would there be any point in reaching out?  Raymond.. he was imprisoned for my sake, he refused to denounce me as his Lady.  Then by some miracle or curse he escaped, he found me in Bree, a pitiful reminder of how the mighty had fallen. I enjoyed the grandeur for a while. The Great Game in which I foolishly continued to play, beyond the courts of every Highborn between Rohan and Gondor.  "I told you I would find you. I told you that, my service to you would not end. Not until you released me." Those were his words when we met again. The words that bound us together.
