I'll need to remember to go over my finances if I'm to keep both miss Belfry and Nunen, though I'm uncertain about the latter. She refused to be paid, as she does not lack coin to spend. I'm not sure what to make of the woman, but I hope that Catalinna will be able to guide her around the town and help her get to know the people. Miss Nunen appears just as lost as I was when I first arrived. It's odd to speak with another from the homeland, more so learning that she hails from the Vale of Flowers. I cannot help but wonder if we have met each other in passing in the past, when father and I would travel to Pelargir. An odd thought.
Belfry has agreed to take over the deliveries. While she has not decided on her wages, she has agreed to deliver my supplies from the market each week. This will do well as I'm starting to run low on flour and other heavy ingredients. Catalinna has been of good help, but she's no mule. I cannot risk injuring her back by having her carry such things when the way back is so long. This will do well.
I've managed to find some ease now that I'm able to return to making new blends of tea. The most recent one made has been received well and I have no regret spending the coin on the Eastern merchant. He has promised to return again next year with another supply. I'm still surprised that he remembered my request from the previous year, but also thankful for it. I have a larger supply now and will be able to test its healing properties, but I must be careful not to fall into temptation or be too willing to share. I need to make this last as long as possible.
