The Hired Horses

Gaeded paid the stablehand for the horses and then everyone choose from the saddled horses that had been prepaired for them. The horses ranged from all shapes and sizes. Caithryth's was over large, a slow ploughing horse. Gaeded's was too small for her, as the usual steed they give for long journeys are of the Bree type and are smaller than the horses found in the Riddermark.
