Spring time has arrived and the people of Rohan are celebrating the withdrawal of winter's frigid fingers from the land. To celebrate the Reeve of the Sutcrofts is hosting a festival for the people.
There will be a grand feast featuring leftover winter food stores, rabbit, squirrel, cheeses, butter, milk, goose, duck, and chicken eggs, cake-like bread, wild edibles, and mead made from the first honey of the season.
Activities will include axe throwing, a play representing the end of winter and rise of spring/summer, small wagon parade, and potentially more. The whole town will be decorated with greenery and wild flowers.
This is just a baseline for the festival. Feel free to bring your own ideas to the table that night in terms of food, games, and other entertainment.
