Thamas Lorn, 53rd day of Iavas
At last we are home!
As ever, it brings joy and laughter to be in our beloved land once more. Durthand had made preparation for a small feast for our return, and we were directed to it by a helpful elf named Pennion. It was a delightful end to our time upon the road, and we bade our fond farewells to new friends. I hope it is not long before we meet again, to share some song and talk over a bottle or two here in fair Falathlorn...I would enjoy that greatly.
The Halls are marvellous: Linniriath and his daughters have worked wonders in our absence! The cart is empty, the chests are unpacked and stored, and each article has - almost - found it's own place. Durthand had thoughtfully made ready some guest quarters, and we were able to offer lodging for the night for three of our fellow travellers - Nenneth, Amorith and Lithia - before they continued on to their final destination in the morning. Truly are the Halls becoming our new home.
We shall spend a few days settling in and completing the arrangement of furnishing and storage, yet...already my mind is looking ahead, dwelling on the greater work that must next be done.
