Anniversary Party & Southfarthing Concert

Event details:
A magnificent party is to be held to mark the 3rd Anniversary of the Founding of the Grand Order of the Lost Mathom. The preparations are already underway for an event of great magnificence, to be held in their spacious hall and grounds in the village of Songburrow, the Shire. Rumour has it that no expense has been spared, and there will be a lavish feast of several courses, followed by stories, games, speeches and punctuated by the Songburrow Strollers taking to the stage for a concert composed specially for the occassion.
Visitors to the gate of Songburrow Hall have seen several large covered wagons and numerous craftsmen hard at work behind a large awning. There is much chatter in the neighborhood and many a houshold is eagerly awaiting an invitation in the post.
Attendance
We would be delighted to extend our hospitality to the hobbits of the Shire (as well as the occasional traveling dwarf). To maintain a suitable atmosphere we ask that any friends or acquaintances among the big-folk (and Elves) do check with us before thinking of attending. As befits the Order's rather outlandish nature we shall on this occasion be inviting a number of other folk who would otherwise not attend - in which case you will most likely receive an invitation in the post.
Notes
This whole event (the combined party and concert) will he held completely IC within a RP atmosphere. Please respect that if you choose to attend. Weapons and armour will not be permitted within the bounds of Songburrow and you should come attired as if for a social gathering or in traveling garb.
Presents and gifts are not expected, but you are free to do so if you wish, but being hobbits we will not turn away any offers of food or beverages. Other than that come and enjoy what promises to be a great occasion - we are especially proud it will mark 3 actual years of the kinships existence on Laurelin.
