A Lossoth hailing from the village of Suri-Kyla bound upon the frozen shores of the Icebay, Aino grew quickly accustomed to matters of survival. Barely seen without blade or spear, she carries a wealth of equipment to deal with nearly any matter of circumstance.

She has travelled quite a distance, and her reasons for leaving her village is one which is known to few. Though the desire to see the foreign lands wes the most cause for her to leave, she has used her personal works of map-making as a near valid excuse amongst her people. She is clear of mind and knows, for the most part, what she wants which is something her family has had to grow accustomed to. She communicates easily, but is not trusting everyone. With her name meaning 'The only one female fighter' she left her homeland for a journey of her life.

Proud of her homeland. When in Forochel she is more welcoming to the etelä vieras who wander there, in comparison to her kinsmen, though she does share the same suspicions and worries of silent foe creeping northwards and the invasion of their lands from an ever watchful Surmaja. Since her departure nearing eight summers ago, she has travelled far, whilst logging her journeys into a loosely bound journal, consisting of many a map. The clarity of which wanes the further south and east it goes, land growing unfamiliar. She is caring and nurturing, but able to defend herself if need be.
She has survived the thickest of winters, when those close to her have perished. She is more loyal then one might imagine and takes delight in the smallest of things and occurrences. Wandering upon grass bare-foot, the feel of warm water in a spring and not forgetting the wandering lights of her homeland.
Her return homeward was a happy one, she gladly pursued that path. The 'Lumi-vaeltaja' (The Snow Wanderer) came back to Suri Kyla and lives a happy life there, but also a hard one though sometimes she leaves for another journey.
