Captain's Quick Report: The White Flames present a Tribute to Queen
In the place where Elven homesteads lie, and a particular community known as the Gúndalaf neighbourhood... there has begun the regular performance once upon each month a collective known as the White Flames, whom as part of the Order of the White Flame organization, also call such as Gúndalaf their home.
Not unknown to perhaps inhabitants of both Bree-land and the Shire; where both places have been host to several past concerts by the White Flames -- often during seasonal festivals and times -- the musicians are talented and some of their number are said to travel afar across Middle-Earth. They bring back songs and music from places so far off that you cannot help but listen with keen ear!
Among the setting of that Gúndalaf neighbourhood, with beautiful trees and backdrop that is Ered Luin, the White Flames bring to you lyrics, songs, and tunes that strangely may be familiar to some, and seemingly new to others -- but together an experience well worth the travels upon the end of the day. For already having this been my second fortunate opportunity to attend, I have seen many others also make the journey to watch and listen -- a few new, and many familiar.
A most wonderful congratulations for the White Flames is due for their sharing of the songs they play and music brought to us the audience whom are present -- it truly is an ol' Bree Captain's great pleasure to hear their work in person. I look forward to hearing of the next occasion planned for the White Flames next!

P.S.
The next Month shall soon arrive upon us, and with it a Haunted Bridge Inn will be visited somewhere in the Shire-bounds as also seen on some event notices/posters; the next OAKS event will feature a band named the Remediators that the Bramblebury Gazette has listed as planned for the 10th day of next Month; and over in Evendim there is 'The Rory and Gaby Project plays atop The High King' just newly announced today I hear! And even further on into following Month after, already word is gathering and continues to make it's rounds amongst the Little Folk of a new Shire May Queen to be chosen! And surely soon will we hear once more of, perhaps, the festivities of Spring and the various celebrations the Free Folk of Middle-Earth do partake in, of the season?
Some of these I will surely be there in attendance... though of course as always a Bree Captain of the Bree Captain's Guild may always find sudden business or affairs may appear to whisk me away -- but to the best of my knowledge there should be good chance all these coming events thus far announced may yet be my good fortune to visit! The one involving the Rory and Gaby Project will have me assisting with guiding folks by use of a Captain's Summoning Horn to the event venue, should the travels to Evendim be too great to make alone. So do send a letter to my office should you find yourself in need of assistance upon the day of the event.
But first, some rest... a recovery from a cold chill and sore throat is duly needed...
Overview Collection
(( Disclaimer: Hello folks, I'd like to caution you that taking a look at the embedded slideshow coming up below will likely not go too well if your in a hurry, and hoping to just get a 'general gander' at what the event was like. The 'Overview Collection' above is more suited for that!
Viewing the album embedded below is more geared for those folks looking to get a /slightly/ more play-by-play spirit of how things unfolded. In fact, I only recommend having a browse through if for some reason, you have an urge to well... just look at a lot and lot of screenshots -- many of the shot angles/perspectives being repeated in other screenshots but at different times during the event, etc! Thanks for reading.
Extra Note: Remember as well that these screenshots don't capture every word and line spoken by those singing songs or reading out poems and stories! Don't expect to catch everything that was said, but you should get a general gist/idea of the kind of things that were said! ))
