Elite Riders of the Rohirrim, is the one of Éoreds specifically the riders who formed the protect "Kingstead" region of West Mark as one of the oldest Rohirrim RPing Kinships on Laurelin server. Mostly, Kin members can be found around the Faldham Castle, Snowbourn town, also Édoras the capital of Rohan. They always help other regions of the people of the Mark. Even any Gondorian invitation wouldn't be unreturned!
The Kin include the most elite warriors of Rohan lands to help anyone who wants be a part of the Rohirrim, better play some of the most common roles in horse-masters. Yet, our Éored also have many civilians from different fields of the Mark and other origins of Man race. Elite Riders kin has a few guidelines just like every rider should has some special appearances of Rohirrim. The first and foremost is the needed that the epic line of Rohan region has to be done for each kinsman.
Also a proven ability to handle one's self in roleplay and be able to follow the rules while getting along with our other kin members. So the members of the Kin are all free to have a story line of themselves. As we Elite Riders, don't push the members for any reason and the only goal is geting enjoy of the LOTRO all together.
We are running; events, quests, raids, and helping each other for any ingame contents in a friendly atmosphere. And ofcourse, as a Rohirrim company we try to keep up Rohirric culture and society...
Elite Riders
Uniform;
There isn't a special uniform for the Kinship members but Elite Riders wear some of Rohirric appearances as a Rohirrim warrior while they can use any type of outfits as they wish.

Color;
As known, there are many colors of Rohirric looking. The foremost is green, the other most choices are brown, yellow/red or grey combines of the colors.. But we prefer, 'green tones' on our riders' outfit and on their steed's armors as the official color of the Kin. The best options for that are Olive, Rivendell Green, Ranger Green and ofcourse Rohan Green!
Insignias;
Éored of Elite Riders include the only "Man" race warriors of the Lord of the Rings Online's following classes;
CHAMPION

WARDEN GUARDIAN

CAPTAIN HUNTER

And ofcourse there are, a few of wizards and healers in the Éored.

You see three -Head- ranks on the schedule: Éaldor, Forma Mæsterwigend and Heáfodman. The riders who will have those ranks, will be chosen by the Dryhtén in time. Also the choice of the Mæsterwigends is up to the Dryhtén without connection to any rule.

Lore of Rohirrim;

The Rohirrim is a mounted army of Horse-masters formed race of Men who inhabited the lands of Rohan, which was named after their famous horses.They use the Horn of Rohirrim army private to them, before attack altogether to their enemies.
Physically, the Rohirrim were a tall, blonde, and mostly blue eyed people. They were fiercely independent and conservative, remaining within their own language and culture. Mostly they don't use shining armors like Gondor army, Rohirrim riders wear more light sets to be faster and agile. Their horses were very important assets in their everyday lives with their entire culture being based around the breeding and trading of them. Their people lived mostly in towns and villages on the plains of Rohan where they grazed their horses. There were very few big cities in Rohan like Édoras and Snowbourn.
The Rohirrim are descended from the Mark, a race of Men who lived in the vales of the Great River Anduin, but that removed to Calenardhon, which was granted them in perpetuity by the Ruling Steward of Gondor, Cirion in reward for the assistance that they offered Gondor at a time of great need. As a result, they were lifelong allies of Gondor bound by the Oath of Éorl. At that time Calenardhon was renamed Rohan (Horse-land) after their many horses. By the Rohirrim themselves Rohan is usually called The Mark.
The terms "Riders of Rohan" and "Riders of the Mark" are commonly used and refer specifically to their mounted soldiers. The former is a chapter title in The Two Towers movie of The Lord of the Rings trilogy. "The King's Riders" were specifically the Riders who formed the bodyguard of the high king. And Elite Riders kin of us, represent them... That is our Kin's first goal to live. The Rohirrim includes many Éoreds, the cavalry companies of riders, just like us! One Éored, consisted of 'one-hundred and twenty' (at least) mounted warriors and a full muster of the Éoreds of Rohan was called an Éoherë. (One Éoherë includes one-handred Éoreds, which mean; a Rohirrim army' numbers can reach more than 30k mounted warriors)
The Dúnedain of Gondor believe that the Rohirrim were distantly related to them (having descended from the Atanatári of the First Age) and describe them as Middle Men, that being inferior to the Númenóreans in both culture and descent, but superior to the Men of Darkness who had worshiped and served Sauron.
The Rohirrim had contacts with Elves in their ancient history, and knew of Eru, but like the Dúnedain they did not worship him in any temples. They seem to have highly valued the Vala Oromë the Hunter, whom they called Béma.

They are ruled by a line of kings descended from Éorl the Young, who had first brought them to Rohan, and in time of war every able man rode to meet the Muster of Rohan.
