Pindon Village

Greetings hobbits of the Shire!

My name is Breona Twilburr, and I am the mayor of Pindon Village.

Our growing town is in need of a few hard-working hobbits to help our community flourish even more. We are in need of a Postmaster/Postmistress, some good cooks and farmers, perhaps a miller and certainly some Bounders. We have other posts available as well.Although we are just a simple farming community, we have a great deal of heart. The hobbits of Pindon are some of the best hobbits I've had the pleasure to meet. Please do give us a visit. Stop by our library, which is second only to the Great Smials of Tuckborough in its store of cookbooks, planting guides, and stories. I also encourage you to spend a night at The Cat and the Fiddle Inn, where we'll treat you to some of the best food in the Southfarthing. ((Our kinship is a medium-rp hobbit-only kin based in Pindon neighborhood of the Shire Homesteads (It is not necessary to purchase a hobbit hole in Pindon, though several of our members do live here). Our goal is to create a hobbit town which is consistent with Tolkien's vision of hobbits. As a result, our hobbits are easily satisfied by the comforts of the home and hearth. They do not seek adventures and concern themselves primarily with day-to-day work and doings of the Shire. Out of character, we emphasize community over gameplay, though we tend to enjoy all aspects of LOTRO. We have set rp times every week and encourage all of our members to attend hobbit events throughout the Shire. Members of our kin form almost familial bonds with one another, which serve to improve the quality of rp we share in our humble village.
