Old friends and Necromancers

The hill of Buckland offers a beautiful view of the Brandywine River and the surroundings, it's almost relaxing looking at the Hobbits do their labours while I smoke with my flask, lying on the comfortable grass on the hill. But then... The shriek of a crebain takes it all away and makes me turn to look at he Barrow Downs... Where that Necromancer lives...

I wish I was here under better circumstances, or at least with some time in my hands, but no, I never have the time to enjoy something... It's been some days since I sent Nelthadhras and Rogue in the Barrows, to investigate the claims about a strange mist and whispers around them. And it has been less that Nelthadhras returned to the Study bringing news of Rogue's captivity in a Barrow after its entrance collapsed. I'm glad that I sent Aeonid and Olthi to scout Buckland and the Old Forest because now we have more numbers than we would if I'd left them back. The Eldar is scouting and once she returns we will make a plan of action.

But, among this one good thing happened, which makes me glad for being here, I met with Falra, she was on her way to find me and to hide and we stumbled on each other here. I'm not brave enough to imagine her traveling alone there, the roads may not be that dangerous but the cold is great and now it's even greater. She's hunted and her friend is nowhere to be seen, it seems that I was not wrong to not like that man whom I didn't like when I first met him, I won't bother myself with writing his name here or talking about him more. The truth is that I will feel safer to have her with us, what lies ahead are days full of fights and an endless journey but if she's close to me I know I can keep her safe. And we need a healer, no one a complete physician in the Order, so now we have one. I wish I could offer her more than my cloak and a secluded yard, but I will take her to the Study once we're done here and Rogue is back. She's so fragile, yet her will is strong, her innocent smile shows that, it's sincere and wide.

I shall head to guard the entrance of Buckland again, and keep my eyes open towards the Old Forest, Aeonid and Olthi had to fight some wolves in there that got crazy. I only wish that the others are safe with their tasks, Deorgast is scouting the surroundings of the main path of Lone-lands and Trollshaws, while Phaewyn and Colvomir scout the main path. They must keep the road clean for the others sent in Eregion. I trust Rothrian will be safe among the two Eldar Veleria and Aegardhros. Mynna's in Bree, she has special talents that aren't to be wasted in fights and scoutings. Time to watch! May their weapons be sharp, for the road is dangerous...
