Captured by Brigands

The moon still high in the black sky, scattered with stars as Pren slept by the dying fire. A few voices piped out in a hushed tone,
"Roight, this is the plan.. listen careful or ye will end up on the sharp end o' a sword." A torch was lit and the rough, crow like face was shown of the brigand leader, who was now whispering to the others, going through a plan on how to capture Pren, whom was taking their hunt from their self-claimed land. After a few minutes of talking, they sprang into action! Each raising their clubs, rope and chains, causing Pren to immediately wake.
"Pwy wyt ti?! Forgoil?!?!" (Who are you?! Flax-hairs?!?!), He shouted at them, to which a few stopped in place but others ran forward, bringing their clubs down upon the Dunlending, he got up and fought back for a while, breaking their clubs and bones alike.

The leader gathered a few of his men in a corner whilst the others kept the dunlending busy, ordering them in a frightened yet angry tone, "Go on, get the chains and the big clubs and get him, you useless worms!" The men ran off and followed the orders, getting large metal clubs before creeping up behind Pren, in turn taking hits at the back of his head.. He fell to his knees, his vision going before the leader came over, giving the final blow.. The rattling of chains and the laughing of brigands soon followed as Pren was taken away.

He awoke in a dog cage in some old ruins, hounds barking and trying to get him through the bars. His head still pounding as he sat there and curses to himself, "Lladron damn. Cŵn damn. Dim ond maent yn aros hyd nes i mi fynd allan.." (Damn bandits. Damn dogs. Just they wait until I get out.).

His time soon came, the brigands returned with rope ready to be strung in a tree. They got the Hill-Man out of the cage and towards a tree, to which he took an opportunity and attacked! He kicked one in the leg to knock him down and grabbed the other around the throat, beating him with the other hand. After he sorted one out, he went back to the one on the ground, using the rope to hang him instead. He spat and headed towards the entrance to the ruins, a rope and a tree branch as weapons. He used them to beat and choke who ever got in his way, until he got into the woods and ran for his camp.

There he waited for a day or two, before getting a 'warm' welcome from a friend he met in those lands..
