Background


Premise:

 

The Cardinal Collective, a criminal organization founded by four like-minded individuals to pursue very specific ends, the subjugation and subsequent control of Bree-Land. With an established consanguinity to many over criminal enterprises and illegal dealings, The Collective is a nefariously expanding empire, tainting and corrupting those lucky and contrastingly unlucky enough to interpose in the advancement of the sovereignty.

 

 

Structure:

 

1. Initiate

The Initiate is an inductee into the hierarchy of The Collective, delegated the most basic of tasks. An Initiate is expected to prove him/herself through a series of rigorous exercises and assignments.

2. Affiliate

The natural progression one takes from Initiate, an Affiliate is introduced to the inner circle of the sovereignty, they are the entrusted footsoldiers that are assigned with the more prominent enterprises of The Collective

3. Enforcer

Enforcer's are both veterans and officiates to those below them, entrusted with the responsibility of the Affiliates and execution of intricate plans. Experienced, tenacious and daring, they keep the backbone of the organization together.

4. Sanctioner

Sanctioner's are the officer's of the consortium, tasked with the development and subsequent implementation of plans, they are privy to the machinations of the council and marshal those beneath them.

5. Adherent (Limit: 4)

Adherent's are the chosen few selected for their aptitude in a range of fields, to be the beneficiary of their mentor. Each Cardinal selects one person from the Collective's ranks to be his/her Adherent and furthermore grooms them for leadership. Outclassing Sanctioner's, Adherent's are expected to fulfill formidable training and are allocated arduous albeit imperative tasks.

6. Cardinal (Limit: 4)

The Cardinal's are four conductors that form the head of the snake. Ruling as a council, they collaborate and scheme, fabricating the plans that are delegated to those below them and rule the Collective with an iron fist, focused on expanding their enterprise and accomplishing their audacious goals.

 

 

IC Rules:

 

1. Employees will neither speak of, nor acknowledge the existence of The Cardinal Collective to any non-employees.

2. Employees below the rank of Sanctioner will not formulate or act on any plans without first consulting a Sanctioner and/or members further above.

3. Initiates will not know of the Collective's inner-circle, ambitions, plans and movements until trusted and proven themselves.

4. Any personal conflicts will not become the responsibility of The Collective.

5. Members will not suggest course of action, talk out of place or be disrespectful to those above them.

6. Avoid trouble with the law and other organizations unless given directive to.

7. Do not harm/kill the innocent or those affiliated with the Collective (both friend and foe) without consent from a Sanctioner and/or someone above.

 

 

OOC Rules:

 

1. Uphold the reputation of the Kinship.

2. Be respectful to both the community and those within the Kinship.​

3. Do not over-use inappropriate language or derogatory terms, avoid any racism, sexism and anything those would find offensise.

4. No asking for promotion, advancement will be decided in council meetings. 

5. No power playing.

6. Accept IC and OOC punishments for breaking any of these rules and move on, we will.

Master of Intrigue - Morthein Slade

The Master of Intrigue specializes in the cultivation of relationships and partnerships. Diplomacy being his/her faculty, they are relied upon to expand upon and establish intricate underground networks and superficial union.

Master of Adversity - Derrent Pearson

The Master of Adversity's aptitude lies in the realm of battle, with his/her ingenuity centralized on the field of conflict, they are responsible for the training of recruits and maintaining the battlements of the varying locales that The Collective reside within.

Master of Artifice - Sydin Zharaq

The Master of Artifice pursues the art of espionage, subtlety and cunning. Reigning over the shadow world with tenacity, he/she compromise to acquire information and alleviate troubles through any means necessary.

Master of Coin - Essam Tarris

The Master of Coin handles the financial sector of The Collective, handling the delicate task of budgeting and allocating wealth accordingly, he/she keep the sovereignty on track and expanding through pernicious dealings.
