Pain

Eillyne was found.

Broken inward and outward.

She had told me there was nothing I could do to comfort her.

But it was her anguish speaking and not herself."

I ache in so many ways I fail time and again when she needs me most.

We both have pain and it seems there is no comfort.

But I force a smile and move forward for her sake.
