The warg of Chetwood

After hearing the rumors of a Warg dwelling within Chetwood, Sigfread did not hesitate for a moment. He mounted Aronath and rode off to track and kill the beast.

Quite a while went past before he found the first tracks. The carcass of a dead deer was the first track. It was not long after that he spotted the creature sneaking around through the bushes.
Sigfread took his bow, aimed out a shot and rapidly fired two arrows towards the beasts neck.
A light thud was heard as the beast dropped dead to the ground.
So ended the story for the Chetwood Warg. At least.... so though Sigfread.
He wondered where this creature came from and started to track down its former path. Eventualy the ranger came upon a shocking discovery.
A Warg hole filled with corpses of dead Blackwold and deer.
But what was even more frightening is that some of the pawtracks within this muddy and blood stained pit were bigger then the ones of the warg he had killed.
Only one thing could have done it.
An elder Warg.
It must have come along with the young female he shot down. To mate!
No doupt now that there is another, larger Warg roaming the woods of chetwood.

Sigfread had spend many hours trying to track it down. But without success..... Darkness came and he knew it was not wise to camp out in those woods with such a Warg roaming it.
A tactical retreat towards the borders of the lumber camp was the only thing he could do.

At last he left the dead female warg laying upon the road towards Chetwood for travels to see. A sign stands next to it.

It reads:

Beware travelers.
It was not alone.......
