Under the commission of Mayor Graeme Tenderlach, the request of merging The Combe Town Watch with the general Town Watch has been approved.
From here on out, all members of The Combe Town Watch may operate under Bree and Combe, and shall be lead by Captain Saphrax, who now has authority over said regions.
Captain Saphrax is now leader of The Watch. General watchmen may arrest and imprison any person(s) for crimes against the citizens or property of Bree or Combe, for breaking the laws of those settlements, or for disturbing the peace of the general populace.
Shifts are now full-time, ending during mid-night, and rations and armour are provided at the Bree Jail. Laws must be taken into account, and conclusively, justice must be brought.
Mayor Tenderlach leaves his congratulations and support.
