Her mind was set, her heart was aching.
Her Father had abused her for the last time.
His strike was the last pain she would ever receive from him.
Lord Eomunnd was set in his ways, he had threatened her.
Insulted her child and did everything he could to outdo her.
With the anger and bitterness she had held for so long, Lady Aellwenn had taken her Father's own sword and plunged it straight into his heart.
This was her first kill and she had wept for several hours.
